INCIDENTS
OVERVIEW
A critical incident is defined as a situation that occurs all of a sudden, it is out-of-hands, and
poses a threat, which may lead to physical or emotional loss.
We have designed a comprehensive counseling pathway to support you or any coworker who
may be facing a critical incident:
A report of the incident will be
handed to your designated
security officer.
The FSCO will both offer security
assistance and inform you about our
available psychosocial services.
If you require emotional counseling, or
if you reached out to us directly, we will
conduct one-to-one or group
counseling sessions
If required, we can redirect you to an
external mental health specialist.
